There are many missions we need accomplish, many roles we need to play, and many things we need to do, but for us to carry on with our tasks in life we need to be healthy and happy with where we are and what we are. Therefore Aiste strongly supports mindful eating and purposeful workouts to be the corner stones of our everyday life.
Personal Training for Aiste is much more than a program design; much like a workout at the gym is much more than just weight lifting. Personal training is inspiring people to seek more. Its all about motivating individuals to improve their performance and it’s educating about health choices. Aiste offers ongoing support, motivation, and knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.
As an experienced personal trainer that has worked with a great number of clients, Aiste knows what it takes to start an exercise program. She understands how much devotion and support you need to make the shift out of your comfort zone to your Happy Zone.
Aiste strongly believes that people can achieve any goal with the right motivation and direction. With this optimistic attitude she acquired her personal trainer’s certification through BCRPA. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in the fields of body composition and sports conditioning.
Currently Aiste with a team at the YWCA H+F is running a Healthy Habits for Healthy Lifestyles program for people with BMI <40. In connection with the program twice per week she’s submitting the blog entry to Vancouver Metro website, to read it click here.
