Reasons to Hire Personal Trainer

The intention of this post was to educate beginners about importance of starting out their exercise regime by hiring a personal trainer. It ended up being a statement for each and everyone of us to get a trainer. After working at the chain gyms for a little bit more than a year, I realized that beginners are the part of population that needs personal trainers the most. Regular trainers are not enough; they need the best personal trainers they can get.
Fitness virgins need coaches who understand not only client’s goals, but needs at the same time. You may be calling us, because you want to lose an extra weight you gained over the last 10 years; or because your doctor told you “do or die”; or maybe it is an inner calling to fight bad habits, all those are your reasons and they matter, but that’s just a piece of a puzzle.

As health and fitness professionals we aim not only to help you achieve your goals, but also teach you to love active lifestyle and healthy living. We want you to keep going after you achieved your goal. We want you to set yourself new targets and maintain your exercise habits for you to live longer, healthier and happier lives than ever before.

Consult a Trainer Before You Start!

    Yes, there is a lot of information on what to do at the gym, how to get started, and how to lose 10lbs in a week. The problem is that all those sources forget about all of us being unique. They miss to inform us on how to properly execute the move, and where to go from there. So whatever is that beginners do at the gym they are at the risk of wasting their time, not even mentioning an increased danger of injury. If you set your mind on getting into shape, and looking fabulous, it’s no point in doing it, unless you are doing things right. Therefore trainers are out there. We talk you through your goals, and health issues/concerns. We walk you through a set of tests and exercises to determine your fitness levels, movement patters, and imbalances. After collecting all the information we can conclude your needs and prescribe a specific routine tailored just for you. Doesn’t it sounds safer and more determined? Don’t you think the end result is better?

    Fight Exercise Boredom – Hire Workout Partner!

      I put it as a separate issue, as it is a big one. Many of us, not all of us though, believe exercise to be a waste of time, as it doesn’t require much of a brain work. Especially, when you are coming to the gym 5 times per week for 2 hours, and going through the same routine over and over again. Yes, you are right, it is boring. However it is not the only way of doing it. First of all, mix it up – trainers, well good trainers, are all the time on the top of their specialty. We are searching, and inventing new exercises and new ways of moving. We are the source for new exercises. Secondly, we are your workout partners; we will make sure you are at the gym; we will push you when it’s hard and you think there’s no way you can do one more rep (you will be surprised how much you can do); we will be there to encourage and congratulate;

      Commit and Follow Through No Matter How Hard It Gets – Stay Motivated & Focused!

        It is a big one. Either it is a lack of consistency; a feeling of soreness mixed up with pain; shy of motivation; or exhaustion; it all leads to one thing – disappointment. To prevent it from happening we trainers make sure, that you are working out to the plan. In case there is a changes in a life circumstances we adopt your routines and show you the ways to keep going. Personal trainers, we are working to remind you about your goals, and ensure you are not overworking / under working yourself at the gym. We do not want you pondering around the gym thinking of what I shall do next. We are there to support you through hard times, and make sure you are not giving up on yourself.

        At Prevail Fitness we strongly believe that each and every of us need a trainer, will you dear to argue?
