Outside The Gym – Snowshoeing

January is over. Are you still commited to your New Years Resolutions? Are you still focused? Are you still working towards your goals. If you fell off the vagon, don’t give up. Pick up from where you left and lets get going.

If you once get a chance to train with Prevail Fitness team you know we are all about consistensy. We understand the change in priorities that you have in your life, but we also believe that you will prevail when it comes to your personal health.

Last weekend we had one of our bi-weekly outings away from the gym. You are right it was the blast!


If you think we were to snowshoeing in the mud, you must have been disappointed. We are smarter then that, and we are in search for adventure, therefore we picked a sligtly more challenging trail, but the one with white soft snow. The one with a view and the one that provided us with the most entertaining buttdown sliding of the slopes (nobody wants to miss that!).

Thank you everyone who showed up, and I hope to continue seeing you in our upcoming classes and events. And here’s just a few pictures from our adventure in the snow yesterday.
