Look Good, Move with Ease & Feel Fabulous

I was watching The Mentalist yesterday and one scene keeps popping up in my mind now when I sit to write this post.

When Patrick Jane asked suspect of his current weight, the suspect blushed and started to explain himself concluding that …. “overall it is not my fault“. The line that came after was the one:

Actually it is your fault. Clean diet and some exercise and you will look very different”.


It is one of my biggest pet peeves – people blaming everyone and everything around for being overweight and unhealthy. I understand that there are many cases, such as allergies, thyroid issues, injuries, etc. that we need to work around and that will affect the speed of your fat loss, however and it’s the big one – You Can Help Yourself.

  • Stop sabotaging your actions & Stop trying to look for a quick fixes!
  • Stay away from crap food. Stay away from all the fast food, “paper” based products.

Firstly, it does nothing good to you. It has no value whatsoever. And you just look lame stuffing it into your body.

I’m here to answer your questions, to help you learn, to encourage, motivate and push through hard times, but I feel the waste of my and your time, disrespect for you and me, if after a great workout session I’ll see you heading towards a muffin are french fries – NO EXCUSE.

Here’s the deal – Eat well, Exercise at adequate intensity and reap the benefits of LOOKING GOOD, MOVING EASY & FEELING FABULOUS!
