Sunday’s Circuit Class Canceled
Due to low participation we decided to cancel Sunday’s circuit. Instead of it we will look into offering a 6-week Outdoor Bootcamp Class Starting May. Everyone interested please let us know info@prevailfitness.ca or call 604.842.6062

Dragon Boat Races | April 4th, 2010
Time: 1pm & 2:30pm, Please arrive 15 minutes before start time.
Cost: $10.00/session for adults, 5$ kids 12 years of age and under
Location: At the Dragon Zone trailer and dock, just south of Science World. Look for the ferry dock and all the dragon boats tied up to the dock on the water.
Notice: It’s a public event, so let us know if you are joining us, that we would look for you.
Sun Run | May 9th, 2010
Time: Starting time is 9am. But lets meet up after the run around 10 – 10.30am in front of BC Place, to share the experience
