Circuit training provides a one-stop exercise session, combining cardiovascular and resistance training. You can find some of those workouts on our Free Workout Catalog. Everybody Works Out Together Despite the Fitness Level

The beauty of circuit training is that everybody can participate in it at their own level of intensity, or exercise modifications. Whether you are a top athlete or merely a beginner, we all can work together pushing our limits.

    Improved Overall Fitness

Research proved that doing the Fitness Circuit Training once or twice a week can significantly improve your overall fitness. We all know by now, that intensity and consistency are the core elements to having a great body and a high fitness level.

Those are the exact reasons why circuit training improves your physic so well, and so fast. Firstly, it causes you to keep pushing your body aerobically, while still challenging your strength – what else do you need to create an intense workout routine?! Secondly, routines are so different in exercise, timing, rest periods, and exercise sequence that it keeps you interested. Thirdly, they are fun and inspiring, because you are working with others!

Effective Fat Burning Technique, Leading to a Smoking Hot Body

Two things you want to achieve when burning fat – keep your heart rate up, and keep blood “flushing” from one body part to the other. Absolutely, it depends on how well is the circuit designed, but if you follow an aerobic work-station with a high repetition strength station you will easily keep up your heart rate at correct cardio zone. If you get to workout your lower body, while your upper body is taking a break, and if you work your shoulder, while your butt is recovering after the “burn” therapy, you are doing the right thing. Usually exercises included in a good circuit routine concentrates on muscle a big muscle groups, and more or less on compound exercises, that use a lot of energy and promotes fat burning effect.

Yes, yes, it is that easy to burn excess body fat, and no need to stay on cardio machines for hours. I am sold, are you?
