Happy Fitness Zone – Prevail Fitness Will Take You There

We all are different. We are different in our bodies. We all look for different results. We all have different priorities, schedules and commitments. Therefore we all have our different Happy Fitness Zones.

Happy (Fitness) Zone?

A range in which you not only feel great but are able to maintain over long periods of time. It is realistic, attainable and a wonderful place for you to be. This zone varies not only from person to person but within one person’s life as well. It is probably at or near your target weight, size, shape or fitness level, depending on various factors. It is a Prevail Fitness term which has a different meaning for everyone; your trainer is dedicated to helping you find and live in your Happy Zone. When you’re happy, you will know it!
