Therefore for those that have hard time sticking to their commitment, we highly recommend starting up / joining one of our small training groups.
Either it is you and your partner and you want to spend more time together, if it is just 3-5 of your friends, colleagues, like minded individuals who wants to help each other become healthier give us a call and we will start you on a program.
