Personal Training involves changing your lifestyle, your thinking process, the way you perform exercises, what and how you eat and many other things most people don’t consider. Our job is to focus on YOU and helping you live your best life. We ask lot of questions, so we can understand better who you are and how to get you to your fitness Happy Zone.
Individual training sessions will give you a better perspective on your current fitness level, and what you need to do to reach the next level. Personal trainer will evaluate your ability to perform exercises and works together implementing the new progressions.
At Prevail Fitness we recommend to approach training as a process – set goals, make plan, commit and work to get it. Hence we recommend to plan and acquire the following session packages:
INTRODUCTORY TO PERSONAL TRAINING (3-5 sessions)
It’s the perfect way to test your determination and willingness to commit. We meet up with you during your first session, evaluate your abilities, determine your general goals and give you a taste of training session. After completing 3 sessions you are free to decide if you want to continue, how often you wish to workout with a trainer, and what you need to do on your own to reach your balance.
KICK START THE CHANGE (10 sessions)
It takes time to build a habit and fall in love with an exercise. We start slow, but strong. We provide you with 45 min. fitness consultation, evaluating your exercise history, your habits, you health conditions. Together with you we will set your goals, and schedule. We perform body measurement, fitness assessment and movement screening (ability to perform certain exercises). Depending on the consultation’s results we will design you a customized workout plan and get you going.
I WANT MORE! (20 sessions)
Consistency is the key, and if you are determined to reach your goals we are offering the package of 20 sessions. You know what you are getting yourself into, you have a deadline, and you know whatever it takes you will keep training. Then this package is just for you.
